Meditation is an excellent practice to add into your daily routine in order to reduce stress and add balance into your life, and as a business person it can also help you to become more productive during the day, giving you more time to do the things you need to do. 

Some people believe they can’t meditate or that they don’t have the time. They can and they do have the time. In this video I discuss how to meditate, how to overcome the barriers that stop a lot of people from taking up the practice and I also explain how important breathing is to your meditation practice. 

As a bonus I explain and demonstrate the breathing technique called the Mother Breath which was taught to me by Jacobus G. Swart. A very simple and easy technique that is very relaxing and can put you into a very deep state.
