This is a water demon. The Element is water and the Enn begins with Jedan, which is the same as Levithan. Jedan means water.

Connolly says, most water demons can be invoked for emotional matters with regard to relationships. Seek Botis to draw new friends or perform divination regarding friends. So, this is all about friendship and friends. If you are feeling lonely and you need some more friends or you need some new friends because your current friends are a bunch of idiots, then call Botis. Find out about these current friends and if you should keep them around a lot and then go and find new friends. Friends are very important. They form our community and if our community is not with us, does not understand us, it can cause a lot of trouble, for us emotionally and mentally. It can be very, very difficult and a community, therefore, is extremely important, especially when you are following an alternate path or religion such as magic and witchcraft.

Community becomes very important. If you don’t have the right community, it can be extremely difficult. Probably the perfect example here is something I was reading in a book about shamanism. (I think it was Traveling Between the Worlds: Conversations with Contemporary Shamans by Hillary S. Webb). It was basically talking about people who are in a Christian community who developed shamanic abilities and these shamanic abilities could be hearing voices, hearing the spirits, which is shamanic. You kind of step between the worlds. You straddle the worlds, and you talk to spirits and you hear spirits, and usually that communication is for your community. So a person starts developing these shamanic abilities. They start hearing these voices, these spirits, telling them things about how to heal the community. And when they go to their community, which is Christian based they get put in a mental institution because they are considered to be crazy and mad, and it’s incredibly unfortunate. I think the person who wrote the book mentioned something like 95% of people who are institutionalized for such things are actually shamans, and there’s nothing we can do about it. They are part of these communities that consider these things to be evil and against God.

So finding the right community is extremely important. You can have a variety of different communities. You can have your family, which may be Christian based and that forms part of a community, but also find a community which can understand your alternate lifestyles. And that is extremely important. You can go and find support there when you are experiencing something that you don’t understand, you can go and talk to them because somebody in the community may have experienced the same thing and can help you through it. They can’t solve it for you, but they can help you through it because they’ve been through it themselves and they can understand what you’re what you’re experiencing and the help that you need.

So, work with Botis in relation to community, friends, foes, and finding out information about that.
