Hail Delepitoré!
Deyen Pretore Ramec Delepitoré On Ca!
Daemoness of Sorcery, bless me.
All spells are known to you.
All magicks are mastered by your hands.
Bless me with your wisdom.
Baptize me with your gifts.
Let my talents grow in the coming year,
And my knowledge grow to match it.
Lady of the Arcane, bless me.

My own experience with Delepitore is a little confusing. When I first read about her, I felt a strong affinity for her, like she was home for me, and I still do, but whenever I have tried to work with her, and that has been specifically for divination, I can’t seem to make a connection.

There is very little information about Delepitore. Most websites, wikis and blogs are repeating information already mentioned in books, etc.

Like Tezrian, she is of the Dukante Hierarchy and most probably a family daemon. Connolly mentions in Four Daemon Queens, that she is a Daemoness of magick and divination, of intuition and inspiration. An asset when it comes to any form of higher learning, both arcane and mundane. Able to help with focus and choosing the most important aspects to focus on first when learning something.

The description of Delepitore’s appearance from Dukante is, “tall and slender with blue/grey eyes. She possesses all knowledge of sorcery and carries with her an oak wand with a tip made of glazed crystal. She appears most often in blue robes and cloaks. Patient and reserved.”

Call on Delepitore to help in the learning of divination, especially automatic writing as well as aid in clarity during divination, especially when trying to determine if the use of magic is the proper course of action to solving a problem. Ask her to guide you to the tools of divination which are best suited to you. For help with or bring about lucid and prophetic dreams. Chanting her enn during meditation can help to awaken the Third Eye. Can also be a good mentor for developing your skills in discernment.

J. Thorp mentions in The Complete Book of Demonolatry Magic, working with Delepitire for divination, specifically in relation to skrying and using her oleum, or oil, to strengthen the effects of the skrying. Also says that Delepitore, “Represents wisdom, divination, sorcery, magic. She represents the path we tread, the terra we walk on, the right way to go.”

Something additional information from Mirta Wake, “This spirit is best used as an initiator into the occult and as a guide for the new that are a bit too fearful when it comes to meeting bigger spirits. An experienced practitioner may be too forward and too forceful for the liking of this spirit.”
