It has been suggested that Halphas and Malphas are actually Odin’s ravens, Hugin and Munin, who are memory and thought. I can’t see any relation to what’s mentioned in the Goetia with these two spirits, except that they are said to be birds or they’re appear as birds.

Connelly’s description is invoked to gather your allies and draw friends. Seek Halphas’ wisdom in social situations where group mechanics are at play. Wear his signal to be well received, and to command respect by those around you. Halphas is a good demon for supervisors and managers to work with to gain wisdom on how to lead.

So, if you are in that position of supervisor or a managerial position at your office or your job, you might want to consider working with Halphas in order to gain the wisdom on how to actually lead. This is a huge problem in in businesses, in offices and such. A lot of people getting a managerial position are not properly trained. In The Goetia Ritual, they note the appearance of Halphas being a dove with the symbolism being suggestive of a feminine quality associated with the mother goddess. The dove was also sacred to the Sumerian Semitic goddess Astarte. The doves attributes are the elements of the air and earth representing the renewal of life. While, while manifesting as a dove, his intentions are military and masculine in character. Which do you know it’s a conflict in his essence. Halphas sends people to war, to places appointed acting as a catalyst for intimacy and strife, employing violence as an essential success and maintaining empires by timidity.
