You leave the shelter of the woods and travel out into the Far Weald, a wild area of country full of rolling, open plains, scattered forests, and hilly lands. The distant call of birds and the sound of the moving wind is the only thing you hear, and finally, you come to a fork in the road.
Along one path, you can see that the road goes onto a wide and desolate Heathland, full of ancient barrow-mounds and tump-hills. The other road leads into a very wild, very tangled seeming forest that dominates the rest of the landscape. The call of a hidden owl echoes from far away.
Where will you go?
